Fascinated by people and organizations, I worked in human resources for various multinational companies operating in the medical and cosmetic sectors. I have held various positions with local and regional responsibilities.

If I always believed an organization could not succeed without the right people, I was also convinced that a clear vision, solid values and identity, and a good understanding of the ecosystem were essential. This is why I always focus on understanding the company's business model, the market in which it operates, and its culture and management style.

I discovered the vast topic of sustainability while working for L'Oréal. I decided to deepen my knowledge and expertise to integrate it into my day-to-day work and live those values of People, Purpose, and Profit to contribute to make the business world a better place!

After graduating from Harvard Business School Online "Certificate in "Sustainable Business strategy," I took the B Corp training last August 2020 and am very proud to be certified B Leader.
