Lars Konrad

Over the past 20+ years, I have been dedicated to fundamental company analysis and equity portfolio management, although the scope and focus has changed over time. At FERI, I am currently responsible for a global sustainable equity fund and an equity impact strategy. During the last few years, triggered and reinforced by a significant personal transformation, my focus and interest shifted strongly towards sustainability and positive impact, which reaffirmed the purpose of my professional career. Along the way, I realized how committed I am to driving change and contributing to the transformation of our economic and social system into one that meets the needs of all people within our planetary boundaries.
During the last few years I have developed a broad range of sustainability skills, including familiarity with the regulatory environment (SFDR, EU taxonomy), disclosure structures (CDP, TCFD, GRI), net-zero strategies and science-based targets (SBT), a deep understanding of climate change and its far-reaching impacts, assessing corporate sustainability strategies and identifying material impacts on stakeholders. Finally, I am also a certified ESG analyst (CESGA®), a member of the GreenBuzz community in Zurich and currently registered for the CFA UK Certificate in Climate & Investing.
