My main interest is to ensure the effectiveness of organizations by ensuring the alignment of strategies and activities at each level, as well as their internal communication. B Corp certification provides a clear objective. In my opinion, coaching is the key to achieving adequate change management.

My activities in Switzerland are mainly the implementation and audit of management systems (ISO), project management and evaluation, as well as coaching.

I work internationally, through mandates from international institutions, on the implementation of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) of the World Trade Organization.

I carry out these activities thanks to the skills acquired during 13 years with the world leader in testing, inspection and certification. I have managed internal continuous improvement projects (Lean and Six Sigma) in several regions of the world, field operations (a public-private partnership with customs in Madagascar), innovation and development of new services (in Spain), and team and product management (in Switzerland).
